actually i have this crazy thing that fits IN MY POCKET that allows
me to call long distance for no more than i pay for local calls. it's
incredible.
and no, it's not a blue box.
funny that the guy who paid his way through college selling devices
to allow you to make long distance calls at a local rate by
manipulating the phone company technology has now come full circle
and is doing it again. even manipulating the same phone company's
tech at that matter.
on a different note, John's sarcasm is actually not sarcasm in a day
where phones do everything from take photos, send email, and play
MP3s. even the aforementioned blue box salesman has a product that
does everything their phone does, but without the phone part. funny
enough, i'm more excited about the iPod Touch than i am the iPhone.
my cell phone is _just_ a cell phone. it's an LG Touchpoint 1100. i
don't ride the smart phone train. the route map confuses me.
