"Mellophone" is already taken, a brass instrument similar to a french horn commonly used in marching bands and military brass ensembles.

Hi Gang, Perhaps not. I heard of an "Accordovox" in early '60s. My chin
dropped upon finding-out it was not a VOX Continental mated with a Honda.

....And the revered Optigan (Hi Pea Hicks!) sounds precisely like the MK-II....

I was with Pierre Veilleux one summer day in Montreal two years past, and he
purchased a "Pianorgan" with nice shiny woodwork, much like the MK1/2 's.
Didn't sound like either, after we fixed it to cure the tortured wheezing sounds
emanating from within.....What can you expect from an "antique-shop"
special for CDN$20.00  ?......

Whats' next, the  "Mellophone?".....You can call anywhere in the world,
but only for eight-seconds......Cheers, JK ( still a Mellotron nutter)
