don't have it or use it myself.
i do, however, have a friend that swears by it [www.alon.tv].
i would find it rather scary to rely on a pc or even a mac live on stage.
i would, forced to choose, use my sampler [ensoniq asr-10] and the
mellotron archives/pinder cdrom.
m-tron has been discussed here in the past quite a bit, and if i recall,
some do think it works pretty well, although i think there was mention
that some of the sources used were somewhat less than the best possible
quality [mellotron used or tapes in questionable state], but i could
be mistaken on that.
