These seem to be the rage of teenagers.  My 17 year old is truly an addict of these things.  I don't get it myself, but I'm not 17. I think you're supposed to be 18 to use them, but I think everyone who does is either younger than 18 (and claims to be older) or pedophiles stalking the younger crowd.
