....besides all the good and wonderful blessings we enjoy, I have one
more reason to give thanks this Thursday. It's sitting in my living
room tonight. It's white. It has little black feet. It has the
number 574 written all over the insides. And it's all mine!

Fifteen years of patience, ten years of research and a summer of
overtime later, I have been rewarded, yea verily blessed with a
Mellotron of my very own. Rest assured, I will be carefully
photodocumenting every step of the way before the power switch turned
on and you lucky brethren will get to help me return this lightly-used
unit to it's former pristine glory.

I may be waxing eloquent tonight but I'm just tickled that I can put a
serial number after my signature at last.
