Greetings Everyone,
Absolutely correct about Princess Margaret and MK-II.
Shortly after Princess Diana's untimely death in 1997, I posted a letter
to Buckingham Palace to express my sympathies .I then casually enquired if Princess Margaret owned a MK-II,
to which her secretary emphatically replied, YES .
Written on Royal Mail paper, with lithographed Seal of England. But the secretary immed. halted any discussion of friendship
with Peter Sellers, the Tron's whereabouts, etc.Not certain if this falls into same category of famous Tron owners,
but the original owner of MK-I/124 "Julia" was a millionairenamed
"Bloom" or "Blum" according to JB. The Tron was moved to
his yacht, evidenced by holes for mounting to ship bulkhead
and minute traces/stains of sea salt on lower wood/aluminum bits......Imagine, a sea-faring Tron....Bungalow Bill and Fransen onthe waters!
