transaction betweem buyer/seller. A complaint can be filed with eBay at :

Support@...) mentioning Item # and seller nickname,etc. I presume this will
go on eBay's sh.....list .
That person in Sparta,NJ should definitely have waited until the MC was in his possession
or at least provided photos. The fact that he withdrew the 'Tron upon seeing its (apparent)
condition indicates some degree of responsibility/honesty . Those who contacted that
seller privately should pursue this further and not lose his contact info....
Then again if he was involved in a shaky "round-robin" deal as some Trons have been in
the past,best to let it go....'Nuff Said......JK
