Anyone failing to see the new banner leading to the pdf - press F5 once the site has loaded and it will replace anything previously stored.

I did that and 15 minutes later a guy showed up at my door with a pizza -- "tout garni" as they say in la belle province! How did you do that, Martin? If I go to the pizza website and press F5 once, will they deliver an m4000?
