I like how they cut out the faceplate froman old M400 to open a window for the LED indicator. I assume that will not beon production models…
The noise is not surprising consideringthe torque needed to move all those tapes. How load is a Mark I or II when itcycles?

So, I'm guessing that the M4000 is a cycling M400, something we discussed onthis list 5 years ago. If that's the case, this will greatly expand thesounds available without the need to keep buying more tape frames, while givingyou the ability to switch sounds on the fly (sort of).
Congratulations John and Martin, from what I can tell by looking at theselittle glimpses, you've created something very useful. When can we expectmore details?
BTW, is the cycling as loud as it sounds in these clips?
