Interesting review of the MkIV (compared to an M400) in the August 2002 edition of Sound on Sound. Seven pages is coverage in great detail written by Gordon (on this list) Reid.
Before anyone gets worried the summary states "The MkIV is a real Model 400 Mellotron, built to a very high standard by someone prepared to spend the time and money to do the job properly". High praise indeed.
Also got a pleasant surprise with a mention of 'tronpage' as a source of info (thanks Gordon) although it seems I am a 'Mellyholic". Its a fair cop...
