ok im sorry. let me start over.

i had no right to even speak on the mellotron at all. you all are my
superiors in age, wisdom, and understanding. please excuse me.

thanks doug, bernie and everyone else who was willing to take the time
to put me in my place. by the way, forget about my list of records
with the mellotron on it. dont worry, i wont be annoying you guys with
this stuff anymore.

youre right, its too bad youth is wasted on the young. but personally
i feel that it is the responsibility of you guys (the old guys) to
pass down your knowledge about instruments like the mellotron or else
all of the music of the future will turn to digital shit.
Ok,

Now start over. You do have a right to be here. Just let us all get to know you 1st before you go blowing steam. We argue here all the time. We also often get pissed off and occasionally pissed on... and sometimes we just get pissed. Most folks that join up tell the rest of us who they are and what they're into. Then everybody goes... "Hey! Welcome aboard!" Or something like that.

Not everyone in here is old, well maybe Rick and Martin, but that being said, all ages are welcome. It's kinda like being a dog during his first time at the dog park. He won't do well if he stars out by trying to hump every dog there. Sniff around a while, piss on a bush and find someone to run with.

Welcome aboard!

PS. Who here said youth is wasted on the young? Getting wasted is wasted on the young. As for passing on knowledge, you find more Mellotron knowledge on this list than anywhere else on Earth.
