I'm not sure I'm following you here; when you say, "ATR is taking over Quantegy reel tape business", I assume that you are referring to market share, insofar as (existing) manufacturing facilities for the two are quite distinct from one another, with Quantegy being located in Alabama and ATR being in Pennsylvania. I believe that ATR is using at least some of what was once BASF and AGFA's manufacturing equipment.

As far as the future of the Quantegy name and trademark, I haven't heard anything further on that yet. Perhaps you can shed some light if you have more information. (But keep it brief, I wouldn't want to go too long on this off-topic discussion!!!!) ;)
