Tron sounds appearance on the track "Whirlpool" on the new Wetton/Downes ICON album
"RUBICON"...which I just picked up and have been playing over and over. This is perhaps
the best thing the guys have done since the first Asia album. "Whirlpool" has a long
keyboard build at the end reminiscent of "Cutting It Fine" solo...tron choir, brass, violins
(can't tell if it's real or sampled but certainly sounds real) enter in succession. It sounds
like Geoff used tron pipe organ on the title track also but I can't be sure...it has that
"Daylight" intro sound. Wetton's vocals have never sounded better...GREAT CD!
