I've got one, it's called a QX3 or QX3+. I got it for about $39 on-line. Intel
made them for kids, and discovered that nobody wanted them for the $100+ price
tag.
It does have a tight range on the fixed focus lens, but it is good at
documenting things that go wrong with your board - using close in digital
pictures.
Anybody else use this camera for PCB work?

The max those little cameras will see is about 1/4 in. square area at a
time.
I like to use is the circle ring lights with glass in the center. You can
cover a lot of area quickly.
