Isn't it printed on the back?

The Com port is decided on your computer. You'll need to make a
special serial cable for it unless you still have the one that you
used with it before, don't use a regular serial cable.

The details of the serial port settings on the HP 7475a, how to build
the correct serial cable, and setting it up in Windows here on the HP

The description of setup for W95 should work for anything from W95 on up.
