Why not just use an inexpensive air compressor? Even tank
models can be had for ~$100 at places such as Walmart including
pressure regulator. You likely only need 3-5 PSI at maybe
1-2 CFM if that.

A compressor is also useful as a source of air for reflow
soldering and vacuum source (with a $10 venturi style pump)
for desoldering, pick/place, etc..
