I think outlines.ulp was it ,I don't have eagle on this confuser so I'm going
from memory ,go to the 'file' menu pick 'run' and dig around for the .ulp file
you want to use

on a single sided board you can bend the leads out and surface mount
most things ,it looks a little strange at first but it saves a lot of drilling
