One thing to consider is the dimensional stability of the substrate that the image is being printed on. Wood pulp paper has a very high modulus and holds its dimensions through the printing process pretty well. Lower modulus materials will stretch in printing and the images will not be the same from one print to another. I have never seen this water soluble papers so I don't know if this would be a concern or not.
