Subject: Another failed Toner
From: RMustakos <rmustakos@...>

I'm on travel and don't have access to my normal printer. I was trying
to make a board last night, using inkjet paper and a xerox machine - er
Xerox machine - brand name and everything. I have previously used HP
printers for my toner. I did the same as I have previously (but not
with this Xerox). You know, standing on the iron for a few hours, max
heat etc etc. I put the board in the water and PRESTO, the paper came
right off (at least large parts of it did). Unfortunately, it took the
toner with it. That was just from putting it in the water, no
scrubbing. If I was really careful, I could get down to the next to
last layer of paper before the toner came off. I thought, ok, I clearly
did not clean the board well enough. I green pad scrubbed all the toner
off, to make sure I was not just messing up in cleaning, alcohol wiped
etc. Exactly the same results the second time. Has anyone else tried
using Xerox (branded) machines for TT and had any success?
Thanks
Richard
