Subject: H200 jamming problem and fix

Since my etchant wasn't working, my laminator decided to screw up too.
when it rains it pours...

The H200 started jamming when I fed a board+paper assembly through it.
It would make these gurgling sounds and the feed would stop. I
pulled it apart and found the two outfeed plates (held in by clips)
were clamping the board tightly and the gurgling was the sound of the
gears starting to strip. Yikes... I caught it before the gears died.

What had never made sense to me was how the outfeed plates wouldn't
pinch the board+paper in the first place. Well, I constructed shims
of some PCB material and drilled hole in them to line up with the
dimples that keep the plates far enough apart for normal lamination.
This gave me enough room for the board+paper to slide through.

A better modification would be to make the outfeed plates have
adjustable seperation but if I'm going to tinker, I'll modify a laser
printer fuser.
