This shows two things:
1. probably is your first PCB
2. no one told you that autorouter can't be used in any circumstances

There are a few simple rules:
- optimise manually the component placement on the board, this will save
for you time and money
- route manually the GND, this will save you about troubles concerning
the noise
- autoroute, then see what bulshit eagle created for you, unroute
and optimize then with your brain already wrong routed wires
