What if you used a carbide ball mill? Tilting the
board or bit would expose the board to the bussiness
end of the bit. The side of the ball cuts better than
the tip. Ask your dentist about the technique. When
you draw on glass, you tilt the bit! A round diamond
bit is used. Very fine clean work can be obtained.
