this list offers some experiance and expertise in mechanical routing.

There is a T-Tech machine on E-bay right now, complete with software.

if it is like mine, you download the g-code from your program and it
will do the conversion automatically.

A more home brew method is to buy John K's set of plans. that seems
to be the most straightforward approach.

Since each segmemnt of what you asked is well covered by seperate
lists and seperate books it would take some reading.

Jameco has some books on steppers.

If you get John's plans, you get 90% of what you need. and that last
10% is won by experiance.

DAve
