I found in the few TT boards I have ever made, was that the dusting
all over the board were undercut by the acid so fast that they never
posed a problem.

Also, that in melting the toner, it covered better in some areas.

I too had a problem with getting really dark black areas in large
sections. I am not sure if it has to do with the laser model being
old, or if it has more to do with the electrostatic exhanges in an
area of the toner.

for large areas, I always went back with a marker and filled in the
holes.
