No, to be serious:
if you use a sulphuric etchant you
can have stainless steel etching containers (which you can weld).
and there are stainless steel heaters available.
If it is something else you need plastic containers and heaters in plastic,
or glass, or very expensive metal hulls.
the most simple is most likely to heat the bath from the bottom.
How big amounts are we talking?
