Hi Tim,
That's a Tit4Tat board. You can run stepper or relays
with it. A Piker is a Step/Direction board. The Tit4Tat has
single outputs. You can use it to build a Plotter-Robot or
it can be used to automate your house. There are inputs as
well as outputs. A Piker has more ICs and the traces are
much more dense.
