Yes, anyone can.

However I prefer them in the Files area. Please create a folder if an
appropriate one doesn't already exist, I don't like loads of files in
the Root as it gets hard to scan through them. I prefer descriptive
names for the folders rather than your name. ;') After all, the files
you upload will have your name. Give the folder a name like "Toner
Transfer Samples". This is not a hard and fast rule, just my preference.

Please use JPG for photos, a reasonable size. There is limited storage
space. GIF is good for lineart at 4 colors or less. Other stuff, well,
it depends on what it is. Obviously you can't upload an Eagle PCB file
as a JPG or GIF. ;')

I don't like the Photos section because it resizes everything to no
more than 300x400. You can upload it larger, but only me (the
moderator) and the uploader can see the large version. Everyone else
is limited to the 300x400 version.

You must be logged in to upload anything.

Anyone can also add Links, too.

Search the archives for "file post" or "file upload" (without the
quotes) as this was just discussed a few weeks ago.
