What is the component labeled K1 1mH 400 ohm on the right side of this
schematic?

As stated by other members posts, this is a single pole 12V relay.
The schematic has been created with National Instruments Multisim Program - Simulation. Schematic capture and PCB layout package.
In the Simulation (SPICE based) package various circuit paramaters can be altered "on the fly" while the simulation is running.
Using available real time instruments any part of the circuit can be probed and the results noted / plotted.
The NIMultisim BLUE package is available FREE from Mouser Electronics Components. It comes with a basic component libary, all other
component libary parts can be added as real parts from Mouser as a multipart SPICE Package with Schematic symbol and the corresponding PCB
Footprint.
Be warned, this download is very large (well into GBytes) and requires time and patience to confidently utalise all of the package features
Hope this helps, chester
