We used the Kodak resist when I did it at work and I used the gc electronics spray at home. Used a sunlamp for about 5 minutes . I believe this included the warm up time.

Datak states with their 300  watt ER-2000 bulb placed 12" above board 3 1/2 to 4 minutes for a small board, larger board sizes 5" X 5" and 9" X 9" raise light up to 15"

then turn on light for 15". Does anyone know this supplier as to quality? http://www.philmore-datak.com./ Best Kevin
