That looks very much like the one that I use based on the short time Icould see it.
I use a "Roberts Quik-Cut Vinyl Tile Cutter Model No #30002"
that I bought off ebay. Do asearch and you will find all kinds of prices and knockoffs.
I got mine for less than $4 but the shipping was like $15 so make sure ofwhat your looking at.
