First how are you doing it?    What software are you using for the actual milling process?   I intend to use Universal GCode sender unless there are better free options.

One question I have is how do I match up the starting position of the machine with the drawing?

If you are using GCode sender, does it tell you when to change tools or do you need to use separate files?
