Also, ds pcbs can (relatively) easily be made by printing and etching both sides separately and gluing them together. You can print both "sides" on one piece of copperclad, fix it in acetone vapor, etch, cut, glue using alignment holes.

While I CAN print ds boards, it isn't just "print one side, flip it over, print the other side". I have some time free at the end of this week and will try to publish what I have done, but the bottom line is that it can be done, though I would not expect to be able to align it better than a few mils.

A question for Mark Lerman about 2-sided board registration: did you get the side to side registration for 2 sided boards working adequately?
I have just gotten all the parts and pieces together, after a physical move from Dallas, TX to Houston, TX over the Christmas/New Year's holidays, to modify my ebay Lexmark printer for PCB printing. Before I begin, though, I would like to know for sure that I will be able to print double sided PCBs.
