The newer (meaning less than 40 years old) Dremel drill press stands are pretty sloppy. I would avoid the 210 and newer. I have one that works well, a model 225, photo in the album "My drill presses". Vintage is unknown but it is fitted for 260, 270 or 280 models only. I had a 280 in it but found excessive runout in the tool bearings and went with a 270. Odd because the 280 was supposed to have better bearings.  Runout itself will not break the drill bit (will make a larger hole though) but slop in the press mounting combined with runout will allow the tool to move and break the bit.

The other press in album photos is a watchmakers tool I got at a flea market. It's pedigree is unknown but has very little runout.  Much slower speed than a Dremel of course. I did break a drill bit with it while drilling Abe Lincoln's eye out of a new penny. The bit snagged and broke when it exited the bottom side.  These are genericlly known as "sensitive drill press" and you can set up an ebay watch for that phrase.
