Thanks for following up.
When I click “Reply” it shows “From” as Homebrew_PCB@yahoogroups.com
That is not very useful! The senders name used to be seen after the “From”
See the header below.
Looking at your email header I can see my name properly displayed. Presumably the change Yahoo made might only show up on some email programs. I have been using Outlook for years on Windows 7-64. What are you using?

Yahoo changed something so now the sender’s name does not show up in the “From” line. See below:

That should work fine. Just do not have any runners next to the edge.
I have used 10mil and thinner FR4 making PCB that were 3 x 3mm.
I laser cut the PCB for the very small PCBs.
