Hi Ameer, Dry Film Photoresist is available on eBay. It's not very expensive and just a film sheet/roll so no trouble to send in the post.
In fact, here is a seller of it who is located in India for you...
http://www.ebay.in/itm/10X-Dry-Film-Photoresist-Developer-Resist-Remover-for-PCB-and-metal-etch-/231091995146?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_203&hash=item35ce28020a&_uhb=1#ht_1520wt_1141
I have written a document about how to use it easily without special equipment:
http://sparks.gogo.co.nz/dry-film-tips.pdf
It's quite easy and gives good results.
All you need is a clothes iron, and some sodium carbonate (Washing Soda) which you will find in some product in almost any grocery store in India I am sure, it is used for washing clothes.
Hope that helps!
