I think you are missing the obvious: Print an object with known dimensions, for example a PCB, and physically measure the printed copy with a regular ruler.

No need to be a jerk about it...I'm not doubting your statement, I just need to determing the same thing for the printers I am using. OK, so you got them off the ruler...what software were you using that gave you the ruler? Jeez!!!
