You just iron it or run through a laminator like with standard toner
transfer. It's just a coated paper so that the toner sticks to the
coating just-enough to have a good image but once re-melted onto the
board the toner will stick to the board a lot more strongly so you can
peel the paper off without the usual soaking, scrubbing etc that you do
with normal papers. Note that reportedly Brother toners in particular
have a higher melting point than others.
