Can you not just enlarge the holes or drill at 0.9mm to start with?
If your tolerances are that tight that it MUST be 0.8mm, then I think the rivets will not be the biggest of your worries.
If you just don't have any 0.9mm bits, get some. It's going to be cheaper than buying rivets the right size with huge shipping costs.
