Hello Hari, welcome to the group.

Regarding my method, the two special things you need are UV LEDs and
presensitised blank PCB. Both are available on Ebay and don't cost
much.

Since this list allows the occasional commercial plug, I'd like to
mention that I'm a supplier of professional (not home-made) PCBs for
hobbyists. I can do 10 boards for USD19, including shipping
worldwide. My advantage is that you can come and live chat with me
and dozens of my customers 24 hours a day, about PCBs (including
getting a review of your latest design), electronics, open source
hardware, brewing beer, rocketry, high altitude ballooning, or
anything technical that takes your fancy. Home-made boards is fine,
