You can do a laser print and toner transfer way. Or, if you have acces to
positive sensitized boards and muriatic acid, print in transparencies and
develop with muriatic.
I do this last way and quality is enought to do tqfp chips.
In another hand, you can send your design to an online pcb manufacturer
like iteadstudio.
