I am new to this as well as all other types of developement and tried your method with beautiful results.
Method:
1. Hewlett Packard Laserjet 4 600dpi. resolution 3
2. Regular house hold iron set on highest setting.
I  did three boards of .024, .032 & .05 inch size traces and all thee boards came out perfect and the same type of iron on did not with photography paper or pulsar pro paper. No problems going thru and comming out of lasarjet printer either. I just do not know if I really need 1200dpi type printer for the future. Thanks for advise and Help. Best Kevin
