For UV photoresist PCBs I've been using a generic brand of laser printer transparencies from the local Warehouse Stationery.
I don't get many holes to begin with because I am using the negative process so most of the transparency is left .. transparent.
I touch it up with the whiteboard marker trick anyway, and have found so far to have no big issues, except with cleaning the marker residue off afterwards. I found a soft brush and detergent worked well.
