there are some conversion programs at the Cadsoft site that might help
http://www.cadsoftusa.com/download.htmlook under the ULPs and Misc. links and run a word search for tango
looks like they work mostly with netlists so I dont know if that will do it
or not there might be something in the powertools package as well
