I use the Proxxon FBS rotary tool (You can also get the IB/E which is even better) in the MB 140/S Stand, after watching this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JyTf1tJXXo

Tool goes to 20,000 RPM so I think it's better for PCBs than the TBM drill press.

Also, with a router bit I can cut my PCB stock with it too.

Broken only one bit so far, because I accidentally moved the board while drilling.
