Subject: [Homebrew_PCBs] Dry Film Laminator

my first step to fabricating quality boards...

today the UPS truck left my new:

GMP Photonex-Sync235 9" Laminator with 4 internally heated silicon rollers and digital control

on the doorstep, working in the office all day I just found it,

so very stoked!

an absolutely beautiful sparkling silver finish and very heavy!

no UV light source as such, BUT, I happen to have an old opaque projector with (4) 300Watt halogen bulbs that reflect off of an A3 size glass plate when copy is placed for projection onto a wall, I haven't tried yet but I'm pretty sure I can tape transparency and negative dry film laminated board down to the glass and expose just as I would with a multi tubed UV exposure box.

I'll post results when I get some negative resist film and developer (or positive liquid or spray and developer)

Robert
