Archive of the former Yahoo!Groups mailing list: Homebrew PCBs

Just wondering whether anyone already has good/bad experiences doing this -
a couple of parts I have my eye on are either only QFN or quite a bit
cheaper that way. So I'd be doing TT, reflowing on a hotplate.

Assuming the leg pitch isn't too fine, it seems straight forward - or am I
dreaming? Or is the leg pitch very fine indeed?
