I generally don't use the paper more than once. I do cut to size, use
a laser label as "glue, and the usual of highest toner density, etc.

Laminator (mine) 8x, green foil 2x. Seems to work. I use two boards,
then epoxy them together (use map pins). Mirror and rotate so that
the alignment of the board sides match and the errors in the laser
printer seem to more even out than not.
