I also use a E260 to directly print to the PCB.
I solder a small wire to the blank PCB and connect it to ground. I use a
card stock carrier. As the PCB gets bigger (more square inches), I
sometimes connect the PCB to an adjustable 0 to 500 volt power supply
through a 3 to 5 meg resistor. I found the best voltage to be about +350
volts.
Cleaning the PCB with acetone is a must.
Search the archives for the words "acetone fix toner" for my method of
"fixing" the toner to the PCB without ANY heat.
