if you run the camera with linux ubuntu and guvcview it works real good, not
windows (bad)

We happened to buy one of these cameras for use with Skype. The very slow frame
rate was very evident there as well. The image quality while still is pretty
good for $15.

May want to stay away if you're looking for a good webcam.
