IIRC Stouffer (the step gauge people) also have a resolution test gauge,
which is (in theory) a "perfect" pattern to test UV exposure resolution
with.

Also, a while back I did a set of "spiral challenge" patterns:

Adam's idea was that it's easy to do one or two traces at a given size,
but you can't say you can do that size unless you can do it reliably -
like a 4cm square spiral. These patterns let you test for a LOT of
trace length, both for shorts and opens.
